Stargate bus-ride ticket returned by sendToken. Empty (ticketId 0, no passenger bytes) in taxi mode (empty oftCmd); populated only for bus-mode sends, which this adapter does not issue.

Authored fresh (field names/types per the public ABI) — needed only to declare sendToken's exact 3-tuple return type.
