Callback interface for Gelato VRF (drand-backed) consumers.
Vendored — do not add a gelato dependency. The consumer emits RequestedRandomness; Gelato's
dedicated operator fulfils by calling fulfillRandomness. There is no on-chain fee
(it is paid off-chain via Gelato 1Balance).
